We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

When you access our website, purchase a product, and/or sign up for a newsletter you may be required to provide certain information about yourself as part of the transaction. You agree that any information provided is always accurate, correct and up to date.

We endeavour to provide information about our products and services on this site that is accurate, complete and current. We reserve the right to add and/or modify contents on our site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal. The payment will appear as "Monk Spearfishing". Goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Our listed prices exclude delivery. Delivery pricing is dependent on delivery method, country destination and weight. Please refer to the Delivery section.

Monk Spearfishing is not VAT registered. We will be updating this section should this change in future.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders where pricing errors have occurred without notice. You will be notified should this happen via the e‑mail and/or the phone number provided at the time of purchase.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part, product or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Our products are exclusively available online through the website. We have made every effort to show as accurately as possible all our products available. We cannot guarantee the quality of your device, computer, tablet or phone monitor's display. We recommend that you make sure to view our products on a device with a high-resolution display for an accurate representation.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Our products are manufactured in limited quantities. All our products are subject to our return or exchange policy which is set out in our Refund Policy below.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of receiving your product. The product must not have been used, and it must be complete with the original packaging and all its components.

To obtain a RAN please email us on the email address in our CONTACT INFORMATION section. Make sure to use the email address provided when the purchase was made. Please follow the following steps to ensure that you have provided us with the information we require to successfully cancel an order.

In the Subject Title of the email clearly specify: “Requesting a Return Authorization Number”

In the email body please provide us with all the order details as follows:

Order number

Order Date

Name of product purchased.

Name provided at the time of purchase.

Address provided by the payee at the time of purchase.

Contact telephone number, including international dialling codes.

Provide a reason for requesting a return authorisation.

Include a photo of the product to prove that it hasn’t been used, that all the components are intact and that the original packaging is being returned.

Upon receipt of the information listed above we will provide you with a RAN. Do not return your item until we have issued you with a RAN.

Please note that we do not offer product exchanges currently. If you require a product in a different size, please make a new order online.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund less the original delivery charge to the credit/charge card used to place the order. Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days and will usually take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

As you choose a returns method, please be aware that you will be held accountable for the item until it reaches us. We are unable to facilitate communication with the courier on your behalf in such cases. Please, also make sure that your returned item complies with our returns criteria, which includes being in an unused state with the original packaging.

If the returned item does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of the item back to your address, and we cannot issue refunds for items that are refused due to a breach of our return's terms. Any refused returns that cannot be accepted to your address will be disposed of by us after 30 days of storage. If you mistakenly return the wrong item to us, we will do our best to locate the parcel and return it to you. However, we cannot accept liability for return deliveries that were not intended for us, and we will not be able to compensate for the loss of these items. Any items incorrectly delivered to us that cannot be returned to your address will be disposed of after 30 days of storage.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Our products are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects. Then please see the RETURNS section for details on how to return your item.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will replace the item free of charge. Should a refund be requested, then the refund will be made as soon as the item has been returned and if not received, then within 30 days of a RAN being requested.

In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

CANCELLATIONS

We try to complete any cancellation requests before the time an order is dispatched, although we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.

You can cancel your order by contacting us via email. Make sure to use the email address provided when the purchase was made. Please follow the following steps to ensure that you have provided us with the information we require to successfully cancel an order.

Also, please provide a reason for cancelling the order.

Once items have been dispatched, we are often unable to cancel. If this is the case, we would recommend refusing the item when delivery is attempted or returning the item to us once delivered in accordance with our RETURNS section.

DELIVERY

It is important that you provide us with the correct email address when you purchase a product from us. We use the email address provided to communicate with you about your order. When you purchase a product from us you will receive several emails from us. The first email is your order confirmation. This is confirmation that we have received your order.

Once the order is confirmed we will prioritise your delivery based on the current order queue for fulfilment. The second email you receive from us is your email receipt and means that your order has been processed for delivery, and that the ordered product is in stock.

The third email will tell you that your order is being shipped. This email will provide the tracking details for your delivery/shipment.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the number of working days provided on our website. However, this is an estimate, and can be impacted by many variables and delivery within the time quoted cannot always be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by telephone or email provided in the CONTACT INFORMATION section and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box.

NON-DELIVERY

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of our invoice. We will always send products to customers using a tracked and signed for service where available. Tracking information will be sent to the email contact provided at the time of purchase.

If no notification is made within 21 days of the estimated delivery date then buyer will be deemed to have received the goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: DUTY, IMPORT AND TAX

For countries outside the United Kingdom there may be taxes and fees or other charges that you may be liable for. Please check with your local customs office before the order is placed as these charges vary from country to country and we do not have a control over these charges. We have provided an idea of the duty threshold on our website, but this is for guidance only and may change at any time.

If local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to us or possibly even destroyed. If your order is not returned to us, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to us.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We will always aim to fulfil orders. However, we may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased depending on our stock levels. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or the phone number provided at the time the order was made. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors unless prior agreement exists between you and Monk Spearfishing.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?

To return a product, in the first place please email us directly at: nick@monkspeasfishing.co.uk along with a detailed description of the product issues - we will be happy to assist with any problem you may encounter.

PHYSICAL RETURNS

Post to us along with the items you wish to return, in its original packaging, with an explanatory note detailing reasons for return, order reference and date purchased.

The postage fees are non-refundable unless there is a product fault or error on our part.
